Enrollment Forms: NOW ENROLLING FOR 2025-2026
New to district families can click HERE to complete an online enrollment form. Please note that all forms below (except the enrollment form) will still need to be completed and turned in to the office before enrollment can be completed.

All enrollment submissions will also need to submit a birth certificate, proof of immunizations, and two proofs of residency. All forms must be submitted in PDF format (NOT pictures) and can be emailed to our enrollment clerk at [email protected] . Forms can also be picked/returned to the main office. Office hours are 7:15-3pm everyday.
